Rui Casais, CEO
Fresh from a Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Rui started in Funcom in 2004 as a Junior AI Programmer for Age of Conan. Two years later he became Lead Programmer on the project and after Age of Conan launched in 2008 he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, establishing a technology team for the Company's DreamWorld engine.
In 2009 he moved to Montreal to start Funcom Games Canada, where he stayed until 2011 when he moved back to Oslo. Rui became CEO and Managing Director in 2015 and has since then been steering the company with his passion for games and his technology and business acumen.
Ole Schreiner, COO
Ole Schreiner has over the years served in many positions in Funcom including heading the studios in North Carolina, Beijing and Montreal. From 2012 to 2015 he was Managing Director of Funcom SE and from 2008 to 2012 he served as COO.
Prior to joining Funcom Ole worked as Director of Customer Relations and Billing in Broadband Mobile, and before that as Business Developer in Telenor Mobile under the Marketing department as Interactive Relationship Manager. Ole has a four year economic education from BI Norwegian Business School and a one year psychology study, both following an Officer Candidate education in the Norwegian Air Force.
Stian Drageset, CFO
Prior to joining Funcom in August 2017 Stian Drageset served as Director M&A at Telenor ASA, where he held critical roles within international expansion, M&A and digital strategy. He has 15 years of experience from financial leadership, business and strategy development, entrepreneurship and M&A, from Telenor, Herkules Capital (private equity), The Boston Consulting Group, Storebrand and founding a successful EdTech company. Stian Drageset earned his MBA from INSEAD and his Engineering Master’s degree in Computer Cybernetics from NTNU and Oxford University, also including entrepreneurship studies at Cornell University.
Erling Ellingsen, Chief Marketing Officer
Erling Ellingsen has a background in journalism and communication. After working for many years as a journalist in both the specialist media and national mainstream media (including several years as a journalist at Norway's largest newspaper VG), he joined Funcom in 2006 as a Product Manager. Initially working with PR and marketing for Age of Conan, he moved on to became Director of Communications in 2009 working on all of Funcom's titles. In 2015 he entered the position as VP of PR & Marketing and joined Funcom's executive management team.

Mr. Eddie Tak Ho Chan serves as VP of International Partnerships & Strategy, Tencent. Mr. Eddie Tak Ho Chan holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Finance / Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business
Mr. Peng Lu, member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Peng Lu serves as Vice President, Tencent Games. Previous roles: general manager of Tencent Games biz dev/partnership, general manager of Tencent Games mobile game publishing department. Mr. Peng Lu holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Fudan University, and a Master of Technology Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
Susana Meza Graham, member of the Board of Directors

Mrs. Meza Graham is the Co-founder and Chairwoman of the Board for Aldeon, an investment company in games & tech. Previous Board experience includes the trade association for Swedish game developers and she currently holds board and advisory positions in a number of tech & games start-ups. She has an extensive background in the Games Industry, and she has been involved in building one of the larger, listed game companies in Sweden. She has held a variety of positions at Paradox Interactive, including COO, where she led the company as part of the management team and helped set the strategic direction, vision and goals of Paradox, and is currently acting as a Senior Advisor for the company. Her main expertise lies in the business of games (publishing), marketing & PR, communication & leadership as well as organizational growth. She also has extensive experience of living and working abroad. Mrs. Meza Graham holds a bachelor’s degree from the Stockholm University focused on International management and marketing.
