Mandatory notification of trade

Funcom has a stock option plan that is part of the total remuneration package for its employees. The stock option plan covers employees and management as well as Managing and Supervisory Directors and is regarded as a component of the total remuneration offered by the Company. On 6 April 2017 employees of Funcom exercised 82,000 options at an average exercise price of NOK 1.66 per share. The issued share capital after the capital increase pertaining to the stock option exercise is EUR 10,161,246.44 divided into 254,031,161 shares. The following transactions were carried out by primary insiders:

Rui Manuel Monteiro Casais, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Funcom, exercised 50,000 stock options by purchasing the same amount of shares at a price of NOK 1.53, and held the purchased shares without selling them. After the transaction, Mr. Casais holds 1,046,664 stock options and 150,000 shares of the Company.

Frederick Henri Richardson, CTO of Funcom, exercised 32,000 stock options by purchasing the same amount of shares at a price of NOK 1.87, and held the purchased shares without selling them. After the transaction, Mr. Richardson holds 189,000 stock options and 82,000 shares of the Company.
